Those aren't just chefs, they're artists. Absolutely spectacular.

Those arent even chefs. Those are cooks. Chefs are the head of the kitchen, they create menus and manage the staff, often times have a sous chef as well under them. This is not a video of a bunch of chefs managing each other, arguing about the menu since theyd each have their own ideas, and telling each other what to do. These are cooks cooking simple street foods using fairly basic methods. Cutting and stacking meat, baking pita bread, cutting meat. Thats barely even cooking. Thats mostly just preparing. But yes, the production of this video is nice and makes a menial day job seem like something more interesting, and there is magic in that. I do agree.

It doesnt get much easier than this, and basically anyone can do it, but it still tastes so damn amazing, and the simplistic part of it, makes it even better. Obv it takes time since it such large volume. but it basically does the work itself after the prepping process is done. just lovely.

I coming from Germany, I had a slightly different idea of food in Usbekistan. It's only when I see that that I would love to get on the plane and enjoy this delicious meal. Attention is not only paid to hygiene when handling food, but also to quality. Chapeau

Maybe clean, but not safe. Think about how long that meat has been at room temp before it even went onto that vertical rotisserie. If it was a solid muscle i wouldn't be concerned but they were layering and cross contaminating different types of meat.
