actually very useful, at work we are always short om broomsticks but we have plenty pallet wood we can use to make broomsticks !

I'm a carpenter and this is one of the very few hacks I've seen that I might actually use. Just making a jig like this could save me a lot of trouble from having to turn it on a lathe. Good job!

I made white oak dowels for exterior use. My jig was for a table saw. This looks easier.
