Next visit to SD, visit Custer State park. The Buffalo Roundup is awesome. 1500 Bison being driven over the hills at one time is a terrific site to see. Crazy horse next to Mt. Rushmore is another terrific tourist monument in-the-works to see.

Nice video, we love the Blackhills. Headed out again this summer with kids and grandkids. Staying outside Hill City at Rafter J Bar gonna check out you camp in Spearfish next trip, Spearfish Canyon is beautiful. Overall how do you like you Grand Design 150, thinking about one for our next rig.

I watch all the South Dakota/Black Hills videos i can. a lot of them are really good. and some are really bad. i really liked your video. you shot some really good film, spearfish canyon, that small town, Rochford, 25 people. yall seem so relaxed, happy, minus the slide problem, but the creeks, the beauty of the Black Hills is just incredible. i hope to retire out there one day, thank you for that. will be looking for more.

Sooooo Rving is very new to us now, but camping in our younger days was very common place. 45 yrs retired carpenter, it absolutely disgusts me the quality or better said lack there of, in the Rv industry. Maybe see you guys on the road someday, take care.

So far I have not found a walmart willing to let me stay in the parking lot. So this one is still allowing it? Or did you check? Maybe I should just stay and quit asking ahead of time. lol

Hi Jim. We always ask ahead of time. We recently stayed at one where when asked we were told by the person answering the phones that we can stay there and to just ignore the signs. Security thought otherwise. They were very nice about it when we told them about the call.
