@Pablo Pérez They have great meat. In brazil jaguars are a delicacy, the wild ones we eat here are not as beefy as the one she has since its been raised in captivity. You can tell this one has alot if fat which tenderizes the meat and makes it much mire delicious. Thats not to say wild ones don’t taste good, but the one she has since its been raised in captivity will have alot more fat marbling on its meat and you dont have too cook it so thoroughly to remove parasites. Over all beautiful animal, truly delicious.
