Gotta do some more clarifications again: - Sims 4 do have split screens in the console games, but the games will always use 4-player splitscreen regardless of the player's number. - I'm gonna admit I got the "messy eating" wrong because you can eat messily as a slob sim in Sims 3 (not Sims 4 glutton eating, it's different than sloppy/slob) - EDIT: Also admitting about the barista bar tending to be wrong because Sims 4 sims can tend on barista bar if there's no one tending, though they won't be paid hourly like in the video - Yes, some of the features here are also in The Sims 1, but this video is titled "Sims 2 Details not in *Sims 3 and 4* ", remember? - Some of you said toddlers can throw up as well when you play with them in Sims 3, but I can't seem to reproduce them in the game after doing it several times. Can you tell how do you do it?

@Patrick Axinte like in sims 2? if yes then you cant kill the grim reaper i dont think because it might cause major game corruption as the grim reaper is an object that was only coded to reap the soul of the deceased sim, not to be playable or do anything other than that

Yes you can, but I actually emphasized more on using this vending machine to directly buy handphones, mp3s, game system, etc. In sims 4, you get earbuds from a random phonecall or from the computer in which it magically appears in your inventory.

I hope that sims 5 has all these nice little details and better graphics than sims 4. Hopefully more little details can be added, and more expansion packs instead if dozens of stuff packs. That will be a great game.

In sims 4 you can also trim bushes if they over grow

Sims 4 plus for me it just the expansion packs and building experience but the rest of gameplay, I prefer the sims 2, it also have cars like cmon.... CARS. you can have UNIVERSITY but no cars?? cmon the sims 4, if all the things from the sims 2 INCLUDED in the sims 4, hands down. TS4 best sims game. but reality, no. :(

Yeah I guess so. In the end, The Sims is still The Sims. There are some fun little realistic details like the ones in the video and there are also some other illogical stuff happening in the game. I'm just pointing out some of the interesting details in Sims 2 that's not in future sims games.

Still, you need to buy a cellphone yourself first to own one, which is a detail I really appreciate. In sims 3 and sims 4, you magically own one from the start or once your sim reach childhood.

There is one I noticed when I was younger. In the dart game when there is a group playing, the sim might try to cheat by sneaking to the board and placing the darts at the center. I'm not sure what type of sim does that as I only saw it once.

Hey,i've watched both of your sims 2 little details video,i can add 2 more which are not included. 1. As you gain more and more level of the fitness skill, the more and more weights applied onto the fitness machines(lmao replace the correct word, i dont know at the moment,i have a hunch its not called fitness machines):D 2. When you playing flipper if your energy(or the mood itself) is on low level the ball got lost in 2-3 seconds,meanwhile with energy at high up you play multiple minutes with one ball:)

I hate the way they all cluster up to grab a plate of meal when you call household to meal because most of the time they all end up stamping their feet and not being able to grab a plate for like 1-2 sim hours, such a waste of time especially before work or school when it can make them late. In the end I'm like, you know what - you don't get to eat, go to work hungry as punishment!!

its so sad to see that the sims 2 is one of the most realistic games in the franchise but it is SO CORRUPTED like upon downloading your game is already corrupt like so much missing character data for the deceased NPC's and even features implemented by EA Maxis themselves cause lots of corruption

It would be really nice if they make like a remastered version of the sims 2 with like the bugs fixed and everything sims 2 is a great game but sadly it can get buggy at times

I was playing the game with my friend. I was showing her the new interactions and stuff in the expansion packs (her father had downloaded the full game for her but she was new to the expsnsion packs). Then my friend saw the charlatan walking around and asked me who that was. I explained her who that weirdo was and warned her. She got a little freaked out but thankfully none of our sims lost their money nor stuff in their inventories. Because I was busy with stuffing their faces with food. 😂😂😂😂😂
