Man, I loved Penny coming out of the draft, so much talent. He's gonna crush in Philly.

This most recent injury was not a result of being prone. That's an important distinction to make. Dude's gonna be running behind the best O-line in football, certainly a gigantic improvement over Seattle. IF he can stay healthy, which I think he can. He makes this team sooooo much more dangerous.

@Mr. Suavebut yet josh Jacobs shown glimpses of actually carrying a full workload. Every season over 200 touches with ease. Penny can't even get to get 150 but that's fine I'll be believe he going to be fully healthy next season because these guys say so.

Who exactly are they supposed to sign with their limited cap space? They resigned Graham, Bradberry, Kelce, Boston Scott and Toth. Penny isn't going to get 20 carries a game...he's going to share the load with Gainwell, Scott and Sermon...if Penny even makes the roster. I swear some of you Eagles fans overreact.. they can't resign everyone. They have their main core intact though.

With that line you can put any back behind that line, and they'll succeed. Relax! They'll probably draft a back too so I'm not quite understanding why you're so noid about a RB. Think the health concerns are going to keep his adp down which could make him a really good value. However, in dynasty I would stay away from him unless u can get him really cheap. The health concerns are real!

Although I hate the Eagles, this is a brilliant move. Penny is far better than Miles Sanders. Remember, the Eagles got super lucky Las year with AJ Brown not missing significant time like he has in the past. The good news is that they are unlikely to draft Bijan.

Penny is elite talent but eagles are going to take atleast 3 more running backs because I'm sure they are planning for penny to get hurt. I would say 1 fa 1 3-5 Rd pick and 1 udfa.

Jalen Hurts vultures far too many TD's in Philly and that's not even talking about how many times the coaching staff change their backs inside the 5 or 10 yard line.

Rashaad Penny is as good a Running back as anyone in the league. To pay him 1.4 million for a 17-game season is not right. To have Miles Sanders get a four-year 25 million contract while Rashaad gets 1.4? Where is all the money? QB has a bad year or gets hurt at least 50% of the Eagles offense is going through Rashaad. All that money and the NFL lets the owners stick it to the players. With 17 games now, it is impossible for a Running back to take the ball 20 times a game and not get hurt to at least some degree. Then the Teams hold it against these one-year contract players for getting hurt. RB Rashaad Penny often carried Seattle, making well under a million dollars a year on his rookie contract of four years. When a man that should be making well over ten million dollars a year is making well under one ... there is a name for that. An ugly name. A crime to humanity. Rookie contracts should be two years at the very most.

Dude… this man might not even make the roster, we have no idea what his body is going to be at this point. The Birds signed a few guys that did not make the final 53 last year. They’d be lucky to get 8 games out of him. Now if he stays healthy the Eagles might’ve just made a huge steal. The problem is this man is NEVER healthy. I would be shocked if they went into the season with him as RB1.

Miles Sanders was never healthy for a full season and we did fine at RB...Penny is a legit RB1 and of course health will determine how many games, but to say he might not make the 53 roster is crazy...he is extremely talented 💪

@Cheeano Miles Sanders started & played in 17 games this season. Penny has 11 starts in his entire career and has played 18 games over the course of the last three seasons. Before you get up here and talk stupid find somebody stupid to talk to.

Hmmmmm..... not sure about Penny. Hopefully they are getting him cheap.

From a Hawks fan- he is an amazing back when healthy (career 6.1 YPC is insane). However the problem is he is almost always dealing with injuries. I hope he crushes it for you guys though. He’s a great dude, quiet and a hard worker.

@rykwon4535 yes I think he has elite skills as a RB. He only played in 42 NFL games in 5 years is what scares me. However there will be help with Gainwell. I can't see much value in Fantasy.
