    INGREDIENTS for shortbread dough (shortbread cakes)
    200 g of softened butter
    a pinch of salt
    120 g of powdered sugar
    3 egg yolks at room temperature
    360 g of flour
    Bake the cakes in the oven at an average level without convection top-bottom mode for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius UNTIL fully cooked.
    We take the cakes out of the oven, put a layer of meringue with nuts on these not quite ready cakes and bake these cakes again with meringue for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius until the meringue and shortbread cakes should become a deep golden color

    INGREDIENTS for meringue:
