That road is not that wide about 5 meters? I'm sure you can attach a bunch of broom sticks together that can span the distance of that tunnel. You only have to do it once. Than it becomes a permanent plumber.

For those wondering how the tire with tied up in the first place: Notice table on both side of the tire right? This is set up I had a time when the covert is clear and they end up pulling it backwards and forward whenever it clogs.

For those wondering, they probably put the rope on a pole and stuck it through the culvert, then tied it to whatever's pulling it.
