    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    750 g of wheat flour.
    Hi everyone! Thanks for watching!
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    600 ml of water.
    Mix well.
    Add water gradually.
    Use flour to keep it from sticking together.
    We knead the dough well with our hands.
    Let's rest for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle some flour.
    Divide into 2 parts.
    Divide into 16-18 parts.
    Repeat after me and you will be successful.
    1 cup (200 ml) of melted butter
    We slightly enlarge the dough with our hands and put it in the oil.
    Cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
    Vegetable oil.
    Finely chop a bunch of green onions.
    Fry until soft.
    6-7 boiled eggs.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Let's roll out the dough with our hands.
    Add some prepared stuffing.
    We fold the dough as in the movie.
    Bake in the oven at 200 ° C / 398 ° F for 30-35 minutes.

This looks delicious! I owned a bakery many years ago and people liked the variety of pastry we offered. We didn't make only sweet pastries, we made lunch pastries similar to this. In the 1980's people weren't accustomed to thinking outside the box in bakeries so when I offered sandwich style pastries they loved them! I must share this with my friend Lenka in the Czech Republic! She will love it too! ❤️🙂

I enjoyed your video! I love old fashioned recipes. People have forgotten how to cook this way—how to make simple, delicious, inexpensive food. I thought of my own grandma as I watched :) I live in USA, Washington state the far NW corner near Vancouver BC Canada. It also works really well with sweet-ish fillings if they're reasonably "dry". What I do is combine dates or figs with nuts, add a bit of cinnamon, and coarsely pulse-blend it, and use that for a filling.

Hi, I'm from Indonesia and I think it's fascinating how our ancestor can pass down recipes that is so similar even though we're in thousand miles apart! We have a very similar recipe here in Indo called Martabak Telur/Telor and it's basically the same thing, only we put the dough into oil and then deep fried the dough with egg+meat+spices filling. I'm curious in these baked version though, looks delicious!

I love your recipe and made it the way you did and myself and family was very impressed. Hi from Seattle! I am just finishing my first try at this recipe and had a couple of questions: How is it that nothing ever sticks to your hands?! And, using pizza flour from Italy, the amount of water was way too much for the amount of flour, I had to use nearly double the flour to be able to handle the dough. Did you use a flour that is more absorbent? Finally, after resting an hour in the butter, the butter had hardened so that I couldn't dig the dough out without tearing it or dissolving the disks. I put it in the oven for a short time to get the butter melted again. Did you use clarified butter (would that make a difference)? Anyway, I also made a change in the filling, ground beef with green onions, spinach and za'atar seasoning. Yummy!
